APPRON MC-211 Photoelectric Smoke Detector secara umum merupakan sebuah alat peringatan dini yang merupakan bagian penting dari sistem peringatan kebakaran atau Fire Alarm System. Fire Alarm Detector merupakan bagian paling utama dari Fire Alarm System. Berfungsi untuk pendeteksi awal apabila terjadi kebakaran yang tidak di ketahui secara langsung.
MC-211 Photoelectric Smoke Detector APPRON secara khusus berfungsi mendeteksi terjadinya kebakaran dengan menangkap sinyal dari pantulan cahaya asap disekitarnya. Dengan kemampuan photosensor yang baik, smoke detector dapat dengan cepat dan tepat mengirimkan sinyal peringatan ke perangkat Fire Alarm System. Sehingga dapat segera diketahui oleh petugas dan penghuni untuk melakukan evakuasi diri, barang berharga serta melakukan tindakan pemadaman api.
Detektor melakukan pemantauan melalui LED yang beroperasi dengan berkedip setiap 16 detik selama status siaga. Ketika ada asap, detektor akan mengeluarkan sinyal kebakaran setelah 16 konfirmasi berturut-turut. (setiap 0,3 detik) Jika ada debu yang menyebabkan kedipan atau sinyal terputus-putus, maka akan kembali ke status normal setelah 32 kali konfirmasi. Pelapisan kontak terminal memenuhi Rohs dan memberikan hasil yang lebih baik pada pencegahan korosi dan tidak konduktif. Setiap detektor telah memiliki komponen khusus yang secara efektif akan mengisolasi interferensi dari medan elektromagnetik dan sambaran petir. Semua detektor menggunakan baja berdensitas tinggi untuk bahan pelat kontak.
Smoke Detector APPRON, dapat memberikan sinyal tanda kebakaran secara tepat. Hal tersebut sangat mempermudah dan mempercepat petugas untuk menemukan lokasi yang tepat untuk melakukan tindakan pemadaman api.

- The standard detector is 2-wire or 3-wire with base.
- For 4-wire type just add one relay output module on 3-wire base. Simple and easy module placement enables wider application.

Functioning Way
Dengan adanya asap yang masuk ke Photoelectric Smoke Detector MC-211, Pancaran sinar yang disebabkan oleh pantulan asap dapat dideteksi oleh zat bercahaya dua simpul di dalam perangkat. Kemudian detektor berfungsi dan mengirimkan alarm. Sementara itu LED menyala. Sangat cocok untuk pemasangan di tempat-tempat seperti pintu masuk tangga, koridor, ruang angkat, ruang dalam, dll.
Installation Instructions
Avoid These Location
Do Not Locate Your Detector in :
- Front of forced air ducts used for heating and air conditioning and other higher air flow area.
- Height of installation surface is more than 20 meters.
- Dusty area.
- Areas where temperature may fall below 40°F or rise above 100°F.
- Near electrical lights.
“WARNING” – Connect Detector Only To Control Unit Initiating Device Circuit As Specified In Detector Or Control Unit Literature Or System May Not Operate.
MAINTENANCE :
- Attach dust-cover to the detector during the work in the building to prevent the invasion of dust or paint and malfunction of detector.
- During the scheduled maintenance, use the testing device ( SMOKE TESTER;made in U.S.A ) to check the detector whether or not it is in good shape. ( Use the SMOKE TESTER spread to the detector, it should alarm within 5 seconds. If not, return the detector to factory for service.)
- When the repair is needed, please return the defect device to manufacturer.
SERVICING TEST :
- Check the detector head and base whether or not they are well conducted.
- If fault alarm happenedregularly, check the environment for effective factors such as smoke or other heat leaking.
- Malfunctioned circuit could not be fixed if it is caused by water leaking.
- If detector has no response all the time, it might be the burning of PCB, low sensitivity or decay of detector. Defective detector should sent back to the manufacturer for repairing and calibration.
- If the identification LED does not lit while detector is operating, the LED or PCB might be burned and both of them need to be fixed in the factory.
